In October last year, I purchased a used 2012 Subaru Forester from your dealership through Rod Gellately.
We were interstate domiciled purchasing the car un-seen and were travelling down to collect the vehicle with a three month old child - not an ideal scenario by any means, however dealing with Rod made the whole experience relatively easy. Rod was commercial in negotiating a deal, just the right balance of tentative yet not hounding, knowledgeable, organised and most importantly of all he was honest and followed through on his commitments. All up it was exceptional service, the likes that are unfortunately seldom seen these days - making it all the more refreshing and worthy of praise.
I cannot commend Rod highly enough, I would be happy to recommend him to anyone and despite being located interstate would consider purchasing our next vehicle through Rod.

I am writing to you to inform you about my experiences as a customer at Geelong BMW. I recently purchased a 5 door mini cooper as a surprise birthday present from my wife. Fortuantely for me I met Liana in the mini garage who went above and beyond in helping me with this process.
From the very first moment I walked in Liana was exceptionally welcoming and friendly taking the time out of her day to listen and understand what I wanted to do. She was very knowledgable about the car and helpful in the decision process and planning of the purchase. Throughout the whole experience I never once felt that I was being pressured to buy the car. Instead she tried to make sure that decision I would ultimately make would be the right decision for me. To me this was a very important aspect of the purchasing experience as I have in the past gone into other dealerships where the salesperson was more interested in getting a sale than actually caring about my needs in getting a new car.
Truth be told a lot of the reason why I decided to buy the car was the fact that I knew that I had a salesperson that actually cared about her customer and I was proven to be right as even after I had signed the papers and ordered the car, Liana still kept in contact with me (very discretely as per my request) giving me updates as to the progress of my order. I believe she is a very valuable asset to your team there at Geelong BMW.
After taking delivery of my new car yesturday she also informed me of the exceptional service provide by Geelong BMW after delivery. Such as picking up the car and dropping it back off for the yearly service.
Essentially I would have to say I am very impressed with Liana and the team at Geelong BMW. I can safely say that you have not only earnt my business this time around but also in the future as well. I will always keep Geelong BMW in mind if I ever need a new car and would highly recommend you all to all my friends, family and colleagues.
