We bought a used Polestar 2 from Rex Gorell. The car was as advertised and the price was good. They delivered what they said they would, and nothing more. Predominant issue was the lack of proactive communication. We emailed in advance of visiting to request specific cars to view, but on arrival only more expensive models were available until we pushed the issue, at which point magically the models we were interested in were available to drive. Promised deadlines for servicing / collection by the delivery company came and went with no contact. Emailed queries unanswered. After final payment was collected we have heard nothing from them to confirm the car has arrived (we are interstate), is as expected, answer any questions etc. Overall quite lacklustre. At the end of the day, we're buying a used car and don't expect the world. If Rex Gorell have what you're looking for then great, but based on our experience don't go to them expecting anything more than the minimum required customer service.
